Exercise Finder..

I'm busy, yes.. too busy actually.. but being busy is not an excuse for eating too much and not caring at all..
even if it's an excuse it's a lame one.. i feel guilty using this excuse..
I'm feeling too fat lately and seems like i have gained too much weight.. I usually don't bother about my weight and stuff even though i eat too much of junk and things that  are the cause of weight gaining since i love walking..

 and i think that helped me a lot in keeping myself in shape..

but now i think only walking is not enough and i want to bring myself in proper shape (because my clothes don't fit me easily and i have started to feel stuck in them.)

i was searching through internet and i found this interesting site and here is the Exercise Finder.

Not only I found it interesting but cool too since you click on the particular part of the body for which you want an exercise and there you go, you get some different exercises described in pics.

Even though the picture are a lot help but still i tried finding these exercises on YouTube too by writing the related names and I got them too.

now all i have to do is to get up and do some exercises and not be that same lazy ass. 

Plus, I've started having that feeling while eating that i'm eating too much.. i wanna get over that thought too..

because i love  food and i don't wanna stop eating.. perhaps i should start eating more healthy food..

Before I die.. (1)

There are somethings that i wanna try or possess before i die.. no matter how much you try to be realistic about stuff there is just something deep down in you that wants you to have it even if its the most impossible thing to get, a craving, a desire to 

just get your hands on them.. however illogical, immature and out of reach these things maybe, i still wanna do them before i die..

so here's the list and it will keep increasing just like my never ending desires.

 To own a typewriter.

Perhaps a Cute vintage typewriter would do. 

i just don't know I've always been attracted to typewriters. I always wonder how is it like to press your fingers on those keys. keys? is it the right word? alright, so i'd have to learn about them when i have one.

i think something written with typewriter is sexy. i love the sound they make when you type.

and not to mention the usual font you see in typography. i am not sure if they have different fonts in typewriters. i would prefer the old font for it though. I wanna write (type) letters, long lovely letters to the people who mean something to me.. and i love those typing mistakes, where there are lined of sometimes blots of ink, i don't know if anybody has seem them but i have in a lot of pictures on internet. and i love them.. i love those mistakes, those slightly crossed words, give me feeling of something beautiful without being perfect. 

the desire to get a typewriter makes me realize no matter how much i want to  be near the modern things i have a thing for the old and classy ones too.. and i can't decide what kind of personality i have based on the things i like or i am attracted to..

This means that you need to consider what is going to get your mood up and flying again; take the time to think about how you feel when you know that you are beautiful. 

No matter circumstances you are facing, think about the high that you get from know how truly beautiful you are. There is a trick to looking beautiful, and it’s that if you think that you are beautiful and if you carry yourself as though you are, other people will see it as well. While clothes, makeup, jewelry and cute shoes are nice, the truth of the matter is that true beauty comes from within. When you start believing that you are beautiful, you will be, no matter what else is going on. Take the time to consider what makes you feel beautiful, and how you can recapture that feeling. At the end of the day, this is something that can help you bounce back faster than ever.
